Board of Directors
The Board of Directors represents the Grouping before any third party in the person of its President or of its Vice-Presidents together, in case of absence or other impediment of the President.
The Board of Directors manages and administers the Grouping. The decisions of the Board of Directors are taken by a majority vote.
The current composition of the Board was approved by the Assembly, held in Barcelona in June 2014.
