Isabel Velasco, president of Europlatforms, was invited by the Greek representative, Michalis Adamantaidis, as speaker for the “National Conference on Disruptions in freight transport and logistics from external factors” organized by the Hellenic Chamber & Business Transport Association (HCBTA) on 30 September 2023.
The conference was opened by the Deputy Minister of Infrastructure and Transport of the Hellenic Republic, Christina Alexopoulou, and also had Mr. Ralf Charley Schultze, from the International Union for Road-Rail Combined Transport (UIRR), and Professor Michel Savy (Director of the Observatory of Transport Policies and Strategies in Europe) as international guests and speakers. Dimitris Katsochis, member of Europlatforms, also participated as national speaker.
The event was an opportunity to publicize our association and stay connected with some key players of the logistic sector in Europe, as well to have knowledge of the main challenges for the logistic sector in Greece.
